Project Description

Porsche Informatik develops and operates IT systems for administrative activities in VW workshops worldwide. Part of the system includes the processing of invoices, which are recorded in seven service centres in Germany, for example.

Due to the increasing number of incoming invoices, Porsche Informatik introduced an assistance system for employees based on BLU DELTA AI. Savings were estimated at an average of 1 minute per invoice. The system was expanded from Germany to Austria and Poland.
